33 fabulous men from 14 different countries that made this awesome collaboration possible.
Our hard work and gorgeous pieces honoring Fords most sort after vehicle and it’s 50th year in production.
I hope you enjoyed seeing all these wonderful pieces of sugar art!

My piece gathers a bit of some elements from Ford Mustang to celebrate their 50th year of existence. The horse (logo), a car, and wheels.
The horse is made from white chocolate and its hair is pulled isomalt. The rest is with sugarpaste and a bit of aerography.
It was a pleasure to be invited to this project and participate with other male cake artists worldwide.
Portugal has been growing in cake artistry day by day and its a honor to represent my country in REV-HEADS.
It took two days to make this cake and the greatest challenge was to sculp the horses head in chocolat and glue the isomalt to the chocolat. I like to fuse several techniques and products in a creation and come out with a beautiful result inspired by Mustang :)

The detail on the horse and movement in its hair is brilliant.
