This was my last wedding cake of 2014! It was a small 4, 6, and 8 inch cake iced with Italian meringue buttercream, covered with sparkling sugar (thank goodness, there was no way I was getting smooth sides…); the bride and groom with their snowboards are made out of modeling chocolate
