I made this gravity defying cake with Ana Belard, a student from Academia Profissional de Cake Design, where I’m a tutor. It’s a part of a collaboration of 30 people, tutors and students of the academy, for the portuguese magazine Faça Facil Cake Design. I hope you like it.
