My first cake decoration attempt. Jaffa chocolate and orange sponge cake filled with orange preserve and white chocolate and orange buttercream. The top layer is chocolate cherry sponge with cherry preserve and cherry liquor buttercream. It was yummy, but the sponge was a bit too dense. I have to work on my sponge cake…
