Princess Bling Cake for Lauren
12" Caramel mud with caramel ganache with an 8" white choc mud with white choc ganache. Quilted top tier and board, bottom tier is stencilled in black shimmer dust. Tiara is royal icing and fondant. Everything is edible except the crystals.
This cake gave me a lot of grief! Virtually nothing went smoothly and it took almost 2 weeks to make everything with so many details and things that needed to me made step-by-step and dried in between. Looking forward to doing another tiara as I learnt a lot as this was my first. I used the pattern by the wonderful Missyek from CC.
