I was very honoured and thankful when I was asked to make a cake for the winter edition of DIY Weddings Magazine USA back in august. I am proud to say that my cake has been featured with the other 49 talented cake artists from around the world. I was given a gorgeous colour pallet to work with and I’ve picked the dominant color from the color palette, which was turquoise, to use as the base color for the cake. I’ve been waiting for quite some time to find the opportunity to apply the ombre style to the turquoise ruffles. Turquoise matches nicely with gold, so I decided to combine the ruffles with golden lace fantasy flowers. This was my creation which I named Sea green fantasy dream. I loved the end result and hope you also like it.
