60th birthday cake for a lady who holds special memories associated with this famous Dublin landmark spanning the River Liffey. The hand painted cake was inspired by a painting by Irish Artist John Nolan. The light reflections and ripples on the water were done with royal icing. The bridge itself was done with royal icing and spanned the entire width of the 7 inch cake.
