For my 5 year old!
I was asked for Monsters University, but he originally wanted Sully… but I could not bring myself to pipe all that fur, let alone try and get the right shade of turquoise and lilac!! So I gently encouraged him to Mike, who I was dying to make…. Luckily he liked the design and agreed!
Mike is made of vanilla cake and carved, covered in ganache and fondant. Books are chocolate, covered in ganache, then airbrushed.
