This cake was made for a lady turning 85 who loves her Tree Frog Garden that she has on her verandah at home. As she loves this little garden so much, her grandchildren requested that her 85th birthday cake be made based on the garden that she has so lovingly created :)

This cake is quite large – catering for approx 140 coffee / 70 desert size portions
