This was my first BIG challenge , mostly because it was for my big brother and his new bride but also because there was so much prep work to do for it. There was 80 cupcakes all with fondant flowers on to match the two tier cake. The bird cage was just a simple wire bought cage that i made wired hydrangers and roses around the outside and cala lilys inside . The stand was trimmed with a beautiful vintage lace . Lifting such a large cake onto the stand at the venue was very scary lol . To add the the pressure it was also to be pictured in the Little White Book wedding guide , but my new sister in law loved it
