Sunflower Baby Shower

The request for the cake was chocolate, raspberries, sunflowers, ladybugs and a single dragonfly which is an important symbol in the 3 sisters lives. This is 4 layers of chocolate hot cocoa cake with chocolate buttercream filling with raspberries. Iced in chocolate buttercream with fondant accents. They are not finding out the gender of the baby until birth, so they wanted to keep it gender neutral friendly. Topper inspired by a cake we saw on Cakes with L.O.V.E. Originally it was supposed to be a baby ladybug, but last minute the sister decided she wanted it to be a bee. I had a lot of fun with this cake. TFL.
