Elaine has a soft spot for Horses (especially Amber), and also a love of all things pig and Golly.
So this cake is a defying Gravity balancing act starring all three!!
As you can see Amber slipped on the mud while crossing the paddock and those pesky piggy’s are making the most of her predicament by causing chaos aided and abetted by Mr Golly.
Flavour is Coffee latte which is a particular favourite of the Birthday Girl.
