The CITA is the Archepiscopal Towers’ Interpretation Center of Pontevedra (Galicia / Spain). For his fourth anniversary I baked this cake inspired by the exterior architecture of the building, it represents the external part of CITA and the chunk of street that surrounds it. This decorated with fondant and chocolate.

El CITA es el Centro de Interpretación de las Torres Arzobispales de Pontevedra (Galicia/España). Para su cuarto aniversario hice esta tarta inspirada en la arquitectura exterior del edificio, representa la parte externa del mismo y el trozo de calle que la rodea. Esta decorada con fondant y chocolate.

Thank you!! I wasn’t expecting this reaction :) I was in doubt about uploading this cause the client was a friend and entrusted the cake in the last moment (just the day before). I accepted it with the condition of doing what I wanted without he knew it was going to be. I’ve done it counter clock between 4 pm (day before) and 10 am (Same day), the delivery was at 11 am. I only slept 3 hours that day, and I thing the result is far improvable :)
