The Bride (a co-worker) wanted a Bride and Groom Topper of her and her hubby. The design on the cake was inspired from her Black Hills Gold Jewelry by Coleman wedding band. Sterling silver with pink and jade leaves. I tried to replicate her wedding gown and John’s Grey suit.

The details on her wedding dress are made using wafer paper and a craft puncher. I applied the tiny wafer paper flowers individually.

She also wanted the Bride to carry the colors of her bouquet. I made tiny roses and filler flowers.

Vanilla White Cake with SMBC and Caramel filling. I frosted the cake with Belgian White Chocolate Ganache and covered in Carma Massa Ticino Fondant. This fondant is really overly expensive ($80 for 15lbs) but I find it the best fondant to cover a cake. Seriously with an 8″ × 8″ high tall cake, it can be very stressful to cover without any tear. I need a perfect coverage as I know the cake detail is minimal.

Hope you like it! Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone! x
