Hello my friends,

I start playing with fondant from april and this is my first 3 tiered wedding cake. This had to be also transported 120 km, oh god I was sweating by every shaking . But thank God we both arrived safely at the restaurant.

I have a question for you:
How can I cut the cake profesionel, or stack apart.
