Rainbow Present Cake

I make loads of these present theme cakes but this one is different from all of them, reason being is that hidden inside is a rainbow layered sponge cake. The cake is a 7" cube and as most of you know ganaching and icing a cake this big takes some time, however I was really pleased with getting the edges nice and sharp :)

The edges are brilliant, not easy on a square cake.

Oh my gosh!! these corners are so sharp you could cut yourself on them xx WELL DONE!!! I really struggle with sharp edges xx
