Preschool Graduation

This is a cake I made for my son’s preschool class “graduation”, Since they really couldnt have an actual graduation they had a end of the year party. It’s all buttercream with fondant accents. All the “crayons” were made out of fondant by hand…if I were to do it again i’d mold an actual crayon and do it that way! I wrote every child’s name on a crayon with an edible marker…they all got a kick out of eating crayons…hopefully no one went home and ate some from a box! The apple is carved cake covered in fondant to hold it’s shape a little better.
