The brief for this cake was simple. Both the bride and groom absolutely adored salted caramel and wanted an unfussy cake where the star was – salted caramel.

I created 3 tiers or luscious vanilla bean cake brushed with intense caramel syrup and layered with lashings of salted caramel ganache. Then for structure as well as a stunning contrast, covered the tiers simply with Belgian chocolate ganache and berries.
