This is a cake I just recently made. It was my first time making Stargazer Lilies. The cake flavor was inspired by my client’s love of Mounds Bars. It is a moist chocolate cake with a creamy coconut filling covered in dark chocolate ganache. The ganache is then detailed with gold-dusted wafer paper. I also embossed the cake board and painted the detail with gold dust.
