A month ago we took a well deserved holiday to Greece and met some wonderful new friends there. We are having a “Reminiscing Mykonos” get-together so what better than to make a Windmill with a collage of my favourite pictures made from edible icing.

Love the way this turned out and I hope our friends love it just as much. Can’t wait to see their faces!
