I made is for my beautiful granddaughter Oona, who celebrated her upcoming 4th birthday at a fairies and elves theme party yesterday. A lemon sponge filled with zesty lemon curd, and finished in fondant. All decorations are handmade and completely edible, except for the tree which is wired. :).
