This was a very enjoyable cake to make with a whole tier intricately decorated with ruffles and topped with deep red roses and cream freesia.

Beautiful! I love to do ruffles too – its like a sugary jigsaw puzzle – slow to do but so satisfying and mildly addictive! :-D
