This three tiered chocolate mud cake was inspired by the m&m chocolate and figurines. The colour of each figurine represented the dress each celebrant wore on the night. The m&m packet is real and was suspended in the air using a centre pole. All other components are edible apart from the candle beer cans the figurines are holding and the gold glitter ribbon. Each tier was a different flavour of mud cake. Chocolate, marbled and white chocolate mud cakes. All covered in dark chocolate ganache and fondant.
