Fun cowgirl cake for a horse crazy 5 year old who is having her birthday party on a ranch.

Bottom tier is White velvet cake with white chocolate buttercream filling & icing. Top tier is Hot Chocolate cake with chocolate chip cookie dough filling & American buttercream icing, palette painted with pretty sunflowers.

Gumpaste hat, fondant bandanna, edible image horses, & my favorite detail, silver heart-shaped ‘conchos’.

Christine, just make chocolate chip cookies with no eggs (for obvious reasons) or rising agents (no need since you’re not baking). Add enough water to make it spreadable. You can use ANY cookie dough like this! :-)
