This was over 18" long and took a lot longer that I had originally anticipated – not really sure why though ….!

I got a bit stumped on the pockets and how to do them before I came up with the idea of padding them out with black sugarpaste and then piping over it with royal icing.

This is brilliant too!! I made one of these a year or two ago and I remember it really surprised me how long it took (but then, if I’m honest, it always surprises me how long I take! ;-) ) x
