Oh how wonderful it is to do cakes in your comfort zone!! Absolutely loved working with wafer paper for the very first time and gum paste cherry blossoms…

What better way to celebrate one’s own wedding anniversary than with this wonderful creation named “Hanami under Sakura” (meaning: Picnic under the Cherry blossom tree) ??!!

A beautiful dream indeed!!

Also made some buttercream flower cuppies to go with it…
