We traveled with all of our cake decorating tool to the beautiful Island of Trinidad and Tobago to make this 5 tier cake. It took four days non stop with three of us. We had a constant battle with the heat, however we won out. The cake was a traditional fruit cake soaked in a lot of alcohol. It taste amazing, however each cake weighed a ton. Too heavy for regular cake stands. Had to improvise and have concrete stands made..Largest cake was 14 "
