All buttercream except pill bottle, and gum paste hat front rim with fondant + (medical red cross). Out of buttercream I frosted a 1/2, 1/4, and 6-inch one layer round cakes. I made gum paste nursing hat by rolling out gum paste about 1/4 – 1/8 inch thick and hand cut with knife. I formed the rim overnight on the outer part of 6-inch round cake pan. Again I have only used GP. one other time.. so I just come up with some simple ideas myself… as you know I do more buttercream design.
I piped stethoscope, thermometer, bandages, heart line, writing, out of BC.
I washed out pill bottle and used “good and plenty candies” as pills.
