Last week was a one long rollercoaster ride! In the end it was actually hard to leave this rollercoaster…Kind of fell I love with it in the end (could this be a love story or something? ;-)).
The flavours we did for this cake were white chocolate mud cake, chocolate sponge, vanilla Victoria sponge and a fruit cake. White chocolate lovers, you wouldn’t want to stop eating this white choc mud cake!!

Thanks guys! Yes, it was challenging but definitely an enjoyable project! The best bit was when I started putting the tracks on, it completely transformed the look and we had a rollercoaster :-D
