I made this cake for a country wedding at the weekend. The couples colour scheme was blue and white so I made blue sugar hydrangeas to decorate the cake. The piped lace pattern was adapted from images the bride sent me of the lace on her dress. I also piped a monogram of their initials inside a horseshoe which reflected their love of horses.
