WASC with butter cream frosting and gum paste briar rose.

Could anybody tell me how much I should charge for a cake like this? My friend wants to have it for $30, which I think is too low. AS of now i have declined her offer, but would like to have input from fellow cakers as I am a newbie in the cake decorating field.
