This is for my daughter’s boyfriend. Really struggle with cakes for men. Since they went to Bryce Canyon & Red Canyon on their vacation last month, I decided on this after seeing their pictures. The last picture is my daughter actually doing this (YIKES). Definitely not my idea of a vacation. Cake is again Rumchata since they both loved it filled with caramelized apples, apple rumchata frosting & cinnamon bun fondant. Definite an easy cake to make since no worrying about getting it smooth.
