My customer was all smiles when she saw this cake for her Dental School graduation party. Gluten free and carved to look like a big shining set of choppers (teeth). Lots of tools of the trade and the two graduates’ names spelled out in toothpaste (royal icing). The cap is also cake, topped with gum paste.
