I made this cake for my daughters 30th birthday. Fondant ruffles, plaque had chocolate sugar sheet on fondant, topped off with sugar flowers. The candles were rice crispy treats covered with modeling chocolate with fondant accents they actually could be lite. That idea came from McGreevy Cakes.
