That was a Birthday cake for a very princess woman, she loves pink, roses, butterflies… and her husband asked me to make her a cake without being covered by fondant. So I made the Rose Cake. Her name is on the butterflies.

It´s a dark strawberry sponge with layers of white chocolate and buttercream, and covered with white chocolate buttercream.
