This is one of my first cakes. It was for a violinist boy who loves Beethoven, so the schores are from him. I wanted the fondant covering the cake to look like it was dancing or moving at the rhythm of the music, more like waves of music.
The character is made with fondant, with lots of mistakes, nowadays I have emproved, but that´s the way it was at my beginings.
It´s a strawberry cake with layers of white chocolate.
