Palm Tree Cake

For my friend’s birthday as a surprise from her husband. He requested the chairs, Coronas, and beach. The palm tree is fondant with pearl dust. The ice chest is fondant and the ice is isomalt broken up to look like ice. I use a mixture I created of different sugars and sprinkles to create the sand. The shells are white chocolate that I pearl dusted. The chairs are gumpaste and the cloth is edible paper. I created my own design for the chairs because all of the cutters I found on-line at the time were sold out.
