This was my entry for cake International Manchester. It was awarded gold in the sculpted cake category. The cake was fruit cake and I used rice crispy treats to make the tree. In total it took me around 67 hours to complete. Everything was modelled and made by hand. The grass took me 8 hours to do, but I love the effect it gives so I think it was worth it in the end!
