For a sweet couple’s 50th Wedding Anniversary. Vanilla bean cake with passion-fruit filling, and chocolate cake with raspberry curd. All frosted with swiss meringue buttercream, then covered with modeling chocolate. Flowers are gumpaste (my first attempt . . . happy for my first time, but, oh, do I need to practice!). Cake was inspired by Cotton and Crumbs.
