This was my third time making Yankee Stadium. I sort of blended the old stadium design with the new. lol It was carved from stacked 11″ × 15″ sheets and covered with fondant with all fondant accents. It served about 80 guests so it was pretty heavy. I used edible images for the scoreboard and logos. :-)
