Forever a Spring Chicken
This was inspired by a design from mycakeschool.com, made for my Aunt’s 50th birthday (or 25th x2!!) The cake has a 6 inch bottom tier in Vanilla Bean Cake filled with Pastry Creme and Italian Meringue Buttercream. The top 4 inch tier is Chocolate Buttermilk cake with White Chocolate Strawberry Ganache and Chocolate Buttercream.
