2 tier American stacked birthday cake for one of my twins. (The oldest by 3 minutes).
Top tier 5” strawberry and white choc mud cake with white chocolate ganache filling. The cake was then covered in a coating of ganache, and marbled chocolate and white RTR.
Bottom tier 7” dark choc mud cake with a chocolate ganache filling, and covered in a coating of ganache and white RTR.
Decorations are made of coloured RTR; a leaf cutter was used to create the flames. I had made more ladders (some missing rungs etc) but this was definitely a case of less is more.
Board is covered in chocolate RTR and trimmed with brown and white ribbon.
NOTE*** Florist pick was inserted in the top tier to hold the red steamers.
