2 tier American stacked birthday cake for one of my twins. (The younger of the two by 3 minutes).

Top tier 5” banana and dark choc mud cake with a chocolate ganache filling, and covered in a coating of ganache and black RTR.

Bottom tier 7” strawberry and white choc mud cake with white chocolate ganache filling, and covered in a coating of ganache and white RTR. Board is covered in white RTR and trimmed with black and white ribbon.

NOTE Florist pick was inserted in the top tier to hold the feathers.

Beautiful! I know this is a dumb question, but what is RTR?

No such thing as ‘a dumb question’!! :-) RTR is what we call it in Australia. Depending on where you are in the world you may know it as fondant or plastic icing.
