4oth Birthday Cake

This cake was created for a friend’s 40th birthday party. Carrot ginger cake with cream cheese frosting. I just made simple petals and fashioned them around a buttercream dollop for the flower. I learned this from the mycakeschool.com tutorial. 40 is made from gumpaste and shaped.
