This was my daughter’s 15th birthday cake. She wanted a Moulin Rouge/French Bohemian theme. This was my first time to use the ruffle technique, and I used Sharon Wee’s fabulous tutorial. The stencil is from Gateaux, Inc., and the frame mold is from Not Just Cakes by Mayen. Thanks for looking!
