For my dear friend’s husband, who is an avid deer hunter. I wanted to capture the theme, but from a standpoint of showcasing the beauty of the deer, & to keep it classy. I was inspired by a wonderful cake I found on Cake Central by Steph0511.

The cake is Almond Amaretto, with white chocolate buttercream filling & white chocolate ganache. The sunset is airbrushed, & the silhouettes are hand cut from modeling chocolate. The topper is gumpaste & modeling chocolate.
