A pretty wedding cake from this week-end! The bride came to me with three cake designs by Yummy Cupcakes and Cakes, so inspiration credit to the gorgeous Patricia!
The bottom ruffled tier is white chocolate mud with white chocolate ganache.
The double barrel middle tier with stripes is a double barrel caramel mud with white white chocolate ganache
The top tier is also white chocolate mud with white chocolate ganache.
I made all of the delicate iced roses in fading shades of dusty pink to match the bridesmaids dresses.
Loved making this cake, and thrilled with how all of the different techniques came together.
