Lego Head Cake

I made this for my son Williams’ 9th birthday. He just loves Lego and so I thought it would be fun to make him a Lego themed cake! The cake is carved from 2 × 6 inch round white chocolate mud cakes with dark chocolate ganache filling and crumb coat. The figure is made of fondant and the Lego bricks are made of candy!
