Thanks so much! They’re just FMM Tappits that I stretched while still pliable and glued together. Once dry, I applied everything to the cake and then painted with a mixture of gold dust and vodka.

wow, love it! it is the realest purse cake I’ve seen!! Did you do the emblems by hand? You said Tappits, but I assume for the letters only.

Thanks so much! Yes, the Tappits were for the letters. The other symbols were Kemper Klay Kutters. I’ve had an inquiry about another one and if the customer isn’t shocked by the price and decides to order I’d like to possibly do a tutorial. I didn’t realize it would take me three days to accomplish and I really didn’t think it would turn out as great as it did when I quoted the price to the first client so lets just say the price increased significantly for the next order!

Oh, and one of the cutters came from GSA. If you look closely the symbols inside the circles and triangles are slightly different.
