I've been making cakes for family for several years. In the last few, I started getting more serious about my work and began fielding many requests for cakes for friend's events.

In August 2011, after creating my favorite cake to date, I finally decided that I would take my cake making to the next level. Just this year, I started Rock Candy Cakes in Livermore, CA. I love baking and decorating and needed a little change in my life. This is my perfect fit.

I love learning new techniques so I can further sharpen my skills and hopefully someday achieve the same level of expertise I see by some really great cake artists.
